Que va a pasar


- Crazy world with more, better and cheaper tools (aggressively on the rise): You've seen what Google did recently, it's crazy. Possible human obsolesence on the horizon?. Hard no to think about it.

- More features so what? More companies doing it themselves for a 20 usd membership. Less Jobs. More solopreneurs that need to add real value. 

- The reshape of MBA programs (45B USD market). People will prefer (need) to use the money to build a company, AI helps with the knowledge you lack. 

-  Business schools mutating to incubators of auto sostenible companies linking founders and key talent with the best ideas. Humans still needed to provide human existence in the system, but only one.

- Great talent and personal brand mixed with great AI infraestructure will create most value.

- Big companies will struggle to keep up, between layoffs and the loud market and burecucracy... while silent army of iron man entrepeneurs offering stunishing automated products and services with a fraction of the costs are comming, fast.

Ok so what tf should we do?


- Idea: The new incubator and service provider (company builder) that links best founders with best ideas and investors and tools. Aiming to build a 10MM USD portfolio in the next 5 years. 

- The incubation company holds 60% of equity, 40% for founder: It will provide all tech, and legal services. Also, it will lead the creativity lab in which they use AI to fin the best business models to replicate. Founder will pay a program fee of 5k (for the implementation and agents setup and all the creation costs). and will start a program, wich weill be the best in class business education with practical learning and legacy creation in the same program. 


- Why Landa and Goodman are a Good fit?  Landa provides the students, and the Business knowledge sharing framework (Excecute the program and ensure the every plan is being correctly excuted kpis wise, methodology, etc.. Best in class education for the best ideas and the best talent. Whats used to be a great MBA program is now a great solopreneurial program. Alike, but not the same. Here you end up with your next company.

Proven and filantropic profiles needed. If we want to build succesfull busnieses we need to guide founders with education and tools and ensure relentless excecution.  Goodman will build the Vegito companies (Software & IA backed systems) Companies with Agents that create and manage demand. Companies that only need one person.


- Services company value goes to zero: Specialized services companies will expand into multiservice companies (like Hubspot now adding more and more apps and featrures) and then be featured faded by OpenAI. Agents will be cheap (they already are) and so is software.  Then, service companies will shape into company builders using the portfolio of tools they used to sell to companies and that they master.

- Then, creating a business using these tools, may be the only way to add real value: Service providers and workforce will by forced to add real direct to customer value, in other words, they will need to create a company that creates real value and compete with other companies that also create real value. This means the end of intermediarie industry, and the beginning of the solopreneur massive boom.

- Lots of ex talented service providers now creating the same business they used to serve (and several others) with excepecional knowledge and the right tools and data, fighting with other big companies just as Iron man would fight a dinasaur.

- The only and/but better option: Owner vs Employee dylema: We may be forced to create and own a business when service value decreases and no one hires anymore but also... It es way better to own a business than no to own a business.  

- MBAs vs initial investment: New integral service provider/Incubators (old business schools) recieving part (way less) of what used to be the MBA tuition in order to help the solopreneour build his company.

- Friction of digital transformation > friction of starting over: little can be done in 3 months in a big company, but 3 months of extreme focus, right tools, no bullshit and the right guy with a math backed idea. My money is on the second choice.

- Best talent value creation as entrepreneur > Best talent value creation as employee: Salaries add up to so much, real upside is in creating companies and gathering profit or selling (that's how the real money is made)

- Model replicable through the topping (app) dynamic: Idea structuring, app implementation and deployment, agent assemblement, company legal creation, founder assignment, next..One great founder might do several of these.



La tesis es que en el boom inevitable del soloprenour, los perfiles mas deseados son los que están en Landa, son los mjejores solopreneurs.  A estas fieras se les da las herramientas correctas y pueden generar mucho valor (como founders antes que como fractionals). Como consultores, el valor está bien, pero muchas veces los retos publicados están ya definidos y al entrar a esas empresas como solopreneurs sacrificamos el ir amasando un conocimiento que sea valioso pues está en línea con las necesidades del mañana, en donde es importante saber como generar valor y no solo prestar servicios. Además, muchas empresas ya han crecido con fuertes problemas y al no ser socios no podemos cambiar estructuralmente el camino ni acceder a equity tampoco.

El proyecto propone ser el motor del emprendimiento (motor de los solopreneurs) en Lationamerica y luego global, en donde se vuelve obsoleto el programa de MBA y todas las personas querran invertir su dinero de forma inteligente, como por ejemplo, en montar una empresa que les sirva para generar valor real y que esté creada con todas las de la ley en producto y IA, la figura de universidad muta a la de encubadora que tiene una metodología de emprendimiento y de aprendizaje. El dinero que te ibas a gastar en un MBA, sacale el 10% y con eso te metes a Goodman School o lo que sea y sales de ahí con conocimiento y con empresa con agente de IA.


Se presta servicio de contador, desarrollo de software y de IA, legales, de nomina etc. Seríamos una empresa encubadora de empresas y de formación de emprendedores que actúa como empresa multiservicios y que se queda con un % de cada empresa. En el camino construiremos la BBDD más grande de solopreneours de la época moderna. Así como están guiando en Landa a personas como yo a que hagan ejercicios fundamentales para hacer fractional, así igual se guia a un grupo de solopreneurs de un excelente perfil, ya probado, mejor dicho ahí si filtramos como en un MBA.


Si descrememamos y encontramos el mejor talento y les damos una idea de empresa sacada por nuestro algoritmo que encuentra modelos de negocio y en un super programa de 3 semanas los tenemos al aire traccionando. Ellos serían los general manager y co founders y asmbas ártes serían rep legales de la empresa. Actualmente estoy ya en la capacidad (en 89%) de implementar agentes que manejan una empresa de forma autónoma. Los gerentes serían la parte humana, la que le da existencia a la empresa.
